Laser Skin Treatment on the Sunshine Coast

Sunshine Coast Laser Skin Treatment

We offer a range of laser treatments at Coastal Skin & Laser utilised by our dermal and laser therapists. It is our policy for your skin to be checked and cleared by a GP Specialist prior to your treatment. This can be done by your usual skin doctor or, if you prefer, be arranged in our clinic.

All laser skin treatments are based on individual consultations. Suitability depends on medical history, skin type, and the condition being addressed. Laser settings are adjusted according to your needs, with care considered to help achieve safe, effective outcomes. We provide options for pigmentation, vascular conditions, acne scarring, skin tone irregularities, and skin rejuvenation.

We welcome patients from across the Sunshine Coast, including Noosa, Coolum, Maroochydore, Mooloolaba and Caloundra.

To book a laser skin treatment consultation, which includes a test patch to a small area of skin, call (07) 5355 6033. If laser treatment is not suitable, we also offer RF microneedling which is suitable for all skin types.

We Care About Your Skin

At Coastal Skin & Laser, we have invested in high-grade equipment such as the Cynosure ICON device.

The MaxG is a light-based treatment that uses Optimised Pulsed Light (OPL) technology to target pigmentation and vascular lesions.

It is designed to improve skin tone and texture.

We also have a non-ablative fractional laser to help rejuvenate the skin. It is designed to stimulate collagen and elastin production, helping improve skin texture, reduce wrinkles and scars and create firmer feeling skin.

Both treatments have minimal downtime. Aftercare instructions are provided to help with recovery and minimise discomfort.

Our laser treatments include:

  • Medical-grade laser systems
  • GP Specialist skin clearance
  • Vascular & pigmentation issues
  • Individual consultation and test patch before full treatment is scheduled

FAQs

Can I go in the sun after laser treatment?

Avoid direct sun exposure after laser treatment, as your skin may be more sensitive and prone to irritation or pigmentation. Use high-SPF sunscreen daily, wear protective clothing and stay in the shade where possible. Your therapist will provide specific aftercare instructions based on the treatment type and your skin. Following these guidelines may help protect the skin and supports proper healing.
